Helpdesk for Agents

As an “agent” for your organisation, you have visibility over and can interact with all the help desk tickets in your domain.

To log in as an agent, visit https://www.entity.nz/, click on “Quick Links” and “Support Centre” from the drop-down menu.


This will take you to the regular support page where normal users can open a new ticket or check the status of an existing ticket.

Agents need to sign in to the agent “side” of the system - Click “Sign In” in the top right.



On the following page click “I’m an agent - sign in here”


This will take you to the agent login page (which you can bookmark directly here). 

Fill in your username and password (as created by you from an automated email OR supplied by us) and click “Log In”


You will then be logged in and be able to see all the tickets open in your domain. You can interact with these tickets ie. search, update, comment on, resolve and even close them. The original author of the ticket will be informed as this happens.

Bookmark the page once you’ve made it to the screen below so that you don’t have to go through the whole process next time.
