Helpdesk for Agents

As an “agent” for your organisation, you have visibility over and can interact with all the help desk tickets in your domain.

An agent user has more helpdesk access and permissions than a regular user account. Please contact us to grant those permissions to you.

To log in as an agent, visit and fill in your agent username and password.

You will then be logged in and be able to see all the tickets open in your domain. You can interact with these tickets ie. search, update, comment on, resolve and even close them. The original author of the ticket will be informed as this happens.

Bookmark the page once you’ve made it to the screen below so that you don’t have to go through the whole process next time.
